Aerospace

A.J. Dralle, Inc. is dedicated to continuous research and development of air filters for the aerospace industry. Our systems are specifically designed to meet or exceed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 319 Standards. To help keep your facility in full compliance, our products and systems can be constructed to meet your exact needs.

Our state-of-the-art XFP-6000 Paint Overspray System is specifically created for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray, virtually eliminating dangerous chromium emissions up the stack. This three-stage system is also easily adapted to older, two-stage paint finishing lines. It exceeds E.P.A. Method 319 emission standards.

We are also excited to introduce the HEPA-XFP, exclusively designed to decrease or eliminate costs associated with HEPA required paint booth upgrades and reconstruction.

HEPA-XFP™

The HEPA-XFP™:HEPA Efficiency in a 3-Stage Aerospace Filtration System

HEPA-XFP™A.J. Dralle, Inc. is proud to introduce the HEPA-XFP™, an innovative and cost-saving 3-stage aerospace filtration system specifically designed for HEPA required paint booth exhaust systems using chromate formulations. The HEPA-XFP™ fits into standard 3-stage filtration frames – no HEPA framework needed. The 3rd and HEPA stage combine into one filter with low initial pressure drop. Most importantly, the HEPA-XFP™ decreases or eliminates costs associated with HEPA required paint booths, including: construction, upgrading, monitoring, filter replacement, maintenance, and disposal.

James Dralle, President and CEO of A.J. Dralle, Inc. states, “As we listened to our customers’ increased concerns over HEPA level requirements on the West Coast, we knew there was a cost-effective solution. Since most states eventually adapt the environmental laws enacted on the West Coast, the HEPA level requirements could cost the industry untold millions of dollars in paint booth construction. The HEPA-XFP™ eliminates those costs.”
