The 6MST is manufactured for use in a variety of paint booth intake and cross-draft applications. Made of standard grade, tackified polyester, the 6MST is available in pads, blankets, bags and 90-foot rolls

Andreae

Andreae Industry: Industrial, Automotive
Uses: Exhaust paint overspray

Andrea filters are accordion style, pleated paper filters for spray booth exhaust. They are an economical, efficient alternative to common overspray collection filters. The v-shaped front wall prevents overspray bounce back and particle migration. A deeper v-shape back wall captures overspray and deposits it outside of the airflow. Filter exhaust holes are positioned to maintain constant airflow during the loading phase. Static pressure increases slowly with the accumulation of overspray resulting in uniform airflow.

All A.J. Dralle’s fiberglass exceeds NESHAP 6H standards. Available in various weights and thicknesses, with or without poly. Fiberglass can be cut to meet specific needs.

ME Series: ME, ME4, ME/PT

ME-4 Panel Industries: Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive, and HVAC
Uses: Air intake, dry paint overspray collection

ME is a universal media used for both air intake systems as well as overspray collection for dry or powder paints. ME air filtration media is manufactured with multi-layered polyester and tackifier. With high efficiency and dust-holding capacity, the ME makes an excellent pre-filter for higher efficiency systems, or for upgrading existing systems. ME media has exceptional results when used for dry and powder paint overspray collection. ME is often combined with other medias to create industry specific filters. The ME/PT is used for Aerospace applications and ME4 for air intake in all industries.

Paper Mesh

Paper MeshThe Research Products line of paper mesh paint arrestors is manufactured with slit and expanded paper or slit and expanded paper with polyester. The air intake side has larger openings than the exit side, allowing for depth loading and maximum service life.

PPA

Uses: Paint Overspray and Exhaust

 

PPA paint overspray media is made from multi-layered, multi-density polyester. High efficiency and paint holding capacity make PPA paint overspray media an economical replacement for any paint booth. Composed of 20% recycled polyester fibers, PPA is a cost-effective alternative to paper, paper/poly and fiberglass rolls or pads.

PT Series

Uses: Supply-side, air intake paint booth filtration

The PT filter has a multi-density, tackified front layer with a ¼" tackified air-exiting layer and internal metal frame. Designed for general pre-filter and air intake applications. With high efficiency and dust-holding capacity, the PT makes an excellent pre-filter for higher efficiency systems or for upgrading existing systems. The PT replaces 2" standard filters such as pleated panels and fiberglass.

Scrim Bags

Scrim-backed polyester media available as a bag filter in various sizes and styles. Scrim is also available as pads for water wash booths. These filters are engineered with high efficiency and dust-holding capacities for a long service life.

ST Series: ST-4, ST-6

CG100 Bag Industry: Automotive and Industrial
Uses: Pre-filter and air intake

 

The ST air filtration series is manufactured for use in a variety of paint booth intake and cross-draft applications. The ST panels and links are constructed using a 1/2” dry polyester layer on the air entry side and a 1/2” heavily tackified polyester layer on the air exiting side with an internal metal frame. The ST series is available as ST-4 or ST-6.

A.J.Dralle’s ceiling diffusion series made with Volz V600G media is specifically engineered to meet the finer filtration requirements within downdraft spray booths. The Volz V600G is composed of graduated density polyester. It contains no silicone or other lacquer harming substances. Tackifier throughout the filter helps achieve high dust holding capacity while the polyester-textile on the clean air side allows the V600G the highest structural stability. Used throughout the world in some of the most demanding and prestigious automotive manufacturing facilities, Volz V600G produces superior finishing results while maintaining affordability.

Highest quality Volz media. Two layers of polyester with an internal metal frame. The air-exiting side is made of ultra-fine fiber, entirely tackified with a scrim backing.

Wave Media

The Wave media has a convoluted surface designed to create a maximum surface area of filtration with exceptional depth loading ability. This filtration media not only removes overspray from the spray booth’s exhaust air flow, the “Waves” capture and retain overspray within the media, reducing run-off.

The Wave has excellent paint removal efficiency to minimize particulate emissions. It accommodates all paints and a wide array of spray applications from clear coats to high solids and beyond.
